Have you tried Korean Jokbal?

Jokbal is a Korean pork shank cooked with soy sauce and various Korean spices. It is usually braised in a combination of soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and rice wine.

Most of the time, it’s served cold or room temperature. But some places serve it hot and it gives a totally different texture and taste than the cold one.

Below is the list of some of Korean restaurants and pubs in Dallas where you can have some good Jokbal.
You can eat jokbal as a meal, but it’s one of the most popular side dish (or Ahn-Joo) for drinking Korean liquor So-Ju. Enjoy!
