If you stop and think about it for a moment, we have so many Asian supermarkets in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area.
Supermarkets follow people. So, the fact that we have so many Asian supermarkets here is the testament to the huge Asian population growth in North Texas.
Connie Dufner of the Dallas Morning News has a new article out on Asian supermarket growth in North Texas. She lists 7 great Asian supermarkets.
Well, I personally think Connie Dufner’s list is missing two other “major” Asian supermarkets and one other “minor” one. Namely, Hong Kong Market in Garland and Grand Prairie, and Ko-Mart in Harry Hines Korea Town.
Compare my list to Connie Dufner’s. Which is your favorite Asian supermarket?
