Asian Real Estate Association of America(AREAA) DFW Chapter is hosting Cross Border Investment seminar in partnership with EastWest Bank.
As part of its community outreach efforts, East West Bank’s Plano Branch has partnered with AREAA DFW Chapter to host the seminar.
East West Bank is a full service commercial bank focused on the U.S. and Greater China markets. As one of the few U.S. banks with a full banking license in China and decades of cross-border banking experience, East West is the leading bank serving the Asian community in the U.S.
The seminar will offer insights into cross border investment opportunities in China and other Asian countries. Participants will also get to network with some of the well-established local investors and Asian-American real estate professionals.
Registration and networking session starts at 2:30PM. The seminar will start with the welcoming remarks by the AREAA and EastWest Bank officials at 3:00PM
At 3:15PM Jean Chau, AVP Branch manager of East West Bank Plano branch, will talk about Cross Border Banking & Investment. Michael Lai, VP Deputy Sales Manager with the Wealth Management Department of East West Bank, will take the podium at 3:30Pm to talk about Cross Border Wealth Management Solutions. Farrah Zhao of East West Bank will explain the ‘Bridge Loan Mortgage’ process for foreigners at 4:00PM.
Seminar will conclude with panel discussion and closing statement from the AREAA DFW Chapter. Participants are encouraged to stay for networking and open bar happy hour, which starts at 5:00PM.
