With all that is going on in these unprecedented times, the best way to navigate the new changes is to bring your health and well-being to the forefront, particularly if you are spending much of your energy helping those around you.
To help our members de-stress in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak , KAPN will be hosting a series of Wellness/Stress Relief events that focus on things we can control: our mind, body, and spirit.
Our first event will be this Sunday morning at 9 AM, a 30-45 minute live virtual Yoga lesson by Esther Huynh over a zoom meeting hosted by the Sul Lee Law Firm. The details and Zoom link are at the bottom.
These wellness events are being planned organically with help from KAPN officers and members, so please be on the lookout as we announce future events.
