It’s called ‘Sunsal Dak Bo-Keum-Tang’.

Here is the breakdown of the terminology:
Sunsal = boneless
Dak = chicken
Bo-Keum-Tang = spicy braised stew

So, ‘Sunsal Dak Bo-Keum-Tang’ is basically Korean style spicy braised boneless chicken stew.

Major seasoning and ingredients used in ‘Sunsal Dak Bo-Keum-Tang’ are gochujang(Korean hot pepper paste), soy sauce, green onions, garlic, potatoes, onions and carrots. It is boiled until a bit of soup is produced.

At most Korean restaurants, serving size of ‘Dak Bo-Keum-Tang’ is usually for two or more people. But Koryo Kalbi Korean BBQ has introduced a lunch special for one person.
