A special memorial service for well-known Chinese American woman restaurateur Irene Chu is set for Saturday, April 29th 2017. Times is 2:00PM and the place is Faith Presbyterian Hospice (12477 Merit Dr., Dallas, TX)
Chu, 98, died April 14 of natural causes at Faith Presbyterian Hospice in Dallas. Graveside services were April 16.
Chu is survived by three sons - Wilson Chu, Dr. Stephen Chu of Dallas and William Chu of Plano; three daughters, Anna Chu of Dallas, Elizabeth Chu Richter of Corpus Christi and Helen Hui of Philadelphia; two brothers, Peter Wong and Yok Kai Wong, both of Dallas; 16 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Faith Presbyterian Hospice or to a charity of choice.
